St Michael’s Primary School, Nelson Bay is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Finance Officer (Level 6A) to join our team from Term 2.

Located in the beautiful Port Stephens region, just 45 minutes from Newcastle CBD, St Michael’s is a K–6 primary school of approximately 275 students. Behind our vibrant learning environment is a strong operational foundation, where accuracy, organisation, and sound financial management matter.

This role plays a key part in keeping the school running smoothly, supporting leaders and staff through effective financial processes, compliance, and reporting. You’ll be part of a welcoming, community-focused school that values professionalism, collaboration, and doing things well.
