Finance Operations Accountant

The Finance Operations Accountant is responsible for managing cash collections, verifying transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Additionally, the role supports budgeting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cash management operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receives remitted cash and cash collection receipt from the cash dispatcher. In the absence of the cash dispatcher, receives that remitted cash from the field collector
• Accurately sort, count and verify large sums of money received through various channels such as cash, checks, and electronic transfers.
