Finance & Operation Manager

On behalf of our client in Ivory coast, we are seeking to recruit a Finance & Operation Manager to oversee the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This role combines strategic financial planning, day-to-day financial management, and operational leadership to support business objectives and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

1- Financial Management:

a. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with strategic goals.

b. Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and other key reports.

c. Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure proper treasury operations.

d. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.

e. Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
