Finance & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Coordinator to support our business with day-to-day operations, administrative processes, and internal coordination. In this role, you will be a part of our Finance team and play a key part in ensuring smooth operations across order management, finance administration, office coordination, and other internal collaborations.

Your Background
We are looking for someone who has experience or a strong interest in administrative, coordination, finance or operational support roles. You work in a structured and detail-oriented way, are comfortable handling multiple tasks at the same time, and have a service-minded attitude. You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different stakeholders. You are comfortable working with systems such as Visma and Excel, or motivated to learn them. Fluent English and Finnish are required. The salary range for this role will be €/month.
