You will take over the day-to-day financial mechanics, ensuring that our financial data remains secure, accurate, and confidential.
Responsibilities
Discreet Financial Administration: Act as the primary gatekeeper for financial documentation. You will manage invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments with 100% accuracy.
Cash Flow Monitoring: Maintain a real-time, simple dashboard of bank balances and upcoming commitments.
Compliance & Filing: Ensure all Malaysian regulatory requirements (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, etc.) are handled on time and without errors.
Process Optimization: Look at our current manual financial tasks and identify ways to make them faster and more secure through automation or better workflows.
