Finance Operations Manager

We are hiring a Finance Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of our finance function. This is a hands-on, analytical role responsible for budget tracking, expense management, forecasting, and owning the company's AP and AR operations, while partnering closely with project leadership and the CFO. 
You will be the connective tissue between day-to-day financial activity and executive-level financial planning.  This role reports to the CFO and plays a critical role in building financial discipline across a fast-growing, project-based consulting business. 
As Obsidian scales its project-based consulting business, we need a dedicated owner to ensure forecasts are accurate, cash flow is predictable, and financial discipline scales with growth. This role exists to turn financial data into operational clarity and proactively identify risks.
