Job Description:
Recon daily about ASF from Parcel shop, SDOP, Hub and Drivers (Manual slip from Agent's Parcel shop) Summary Tax invoice/Receipt for SDOP, Hub and Drivers Request refund to Seller for WHT and incorrect payment Issue Temp receipt to sellers every days Insurance Fee reconciliation and claim process OMS invoice and charge Prepare detailed reports on collection performance and penalties. Request to AR SEA finance team to Issue request Receipt, ABB and Tax invoice to sellers Recon bank UOB 7280 and SPP (8 Account id ) Closing Vat report to SEA finance Closing WHT report to SEA finance Closing Report to SEA finance Collaborate with the Business team and finance teams for operational efficiency. Coordinate with related Team and Department Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
