Role Overview
Terra Energy is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to support our FP&A Manager and help keep our day-to-day financial operations running smoothly. This role is responsible for coordinating vendors, processing accounts payable, managing internal payment workflows, and supporting key operational finance functions like commissions, referral payouts, vehicle leases, and insurance administration .
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working across teams. You’ll help ensure the company stays accurate, timely, and professional in how we manage money going out the door — and you’ll play a key part in building scalable processes as we grow.
