Finance Ops Analyst

This is a position that requires an eye for detail and the ability to solve problems on the fly. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Operations Analyst will be responsible for driving the operational accounting and financial closing processes for Woh Hup (WH) Group of companies. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience across day-to-day critical finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, GST, and other activities.
Given the dynamic nature of the business, below is a non-exhaustive list of deliveries expected from the candidate. However, it covers the foundation responsibilities and capabilities that are required for the candidate to be successful in their role.
Ensure supplier invoices are accurately captured in the relevant accounting systems (Xero and SAP) with adequate supporting documentation
Support the Finance Manager in preparing payments (including cheque, GIRO, Telegraphic transfer, etc.) for s...
