Summary of Role

Your mission is to transform our Manila hub from a reactive office into a high -performance Shared Service Center. You will eliminate backlogs, establish daily accountability, and act as a transparent bridge between our regional offices and Singapore leadership.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

  • Drive Performance: Enforce strict 24 -hour billing turnarounds and a WD+2 reconciliation cycle through daily reporting.

  • Build the Playbook: Own the documentation of all SOPs to ensure tasks for Singapore, India, and Kenya are repeatable and standardized.

  • Ensure Data Accuracy: Personally review intercompany matching and bank reconciliations before they reach the regional headquarters.
