Responsibilities
- Conduct essential research using various internal systems and tracking tools.
- Apply specialized process and system knowledge to proactively identify, assess, and resolve both standard and non‑standard contract issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Flexible for mandatory overtime support, including:
- Weekend support during quarter‑end.
- Quarter‑End War Room support (remain online until 12am).
- On‑call support for countersignature requirements outside regular shifts.
- Execute the final review of all agreements to ensure rigorous adherence to internal compliance and legal guidelines.
- Countersign and fully execute agreements on behalf of the client.
- Accurately upload all fully executed contracts into online booking systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in proprietary booking systems and quickly master new software platforms.
