Finance & Procurement Operations Coordinator

Overview

Finance & Procurement Operations Coordinator to support financial management and end-to-end procurement processes for the research center. In this role, you will act as the key contact between Business Units, Procurement, and the Accounting Shared Service Center. Responsibilities include budget tracking, purchase request and order management, payment monitoring, arrears resolution, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial and budgets management, assist business teams in clarifying accounting rules, and track accounting variances.
• Act as the link between Business Units, Procurement department, and Accounting Shared Service Center to ensure the operational quality of the research center.
