Finance Shared Services Assistant Manager

Job Description: Lead the accounting function and manage a team of accounting professionals, ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations, strong internal controls, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & People Management
  • Manage, coach, and develop an accounting team of at least 6 members.
  • Allocate workload, set clear objectives, and monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Ensure adequate resource planning, task allocation, and staff development.
• Accounting Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AR, AP, FA, CM, IC and GL functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing.
  • Manage closing schedules and ensure adherence to reporting timelines.
