Job Description

As a Finance Specialist, you will be a key member of the Business Analysis & Planning (BAP) team and Commercial Finance. You will be supporting Industrial Automation FP&A and Commercial Finance; responsible to act as partner with commercial and operational leaders to drive business performance, ensure financial rigor, and deliver actionable insights that enable informed decision-making.
You will also play a critical role in driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across financial processes, supporting the organization’s focus on speed and accuracy.

Perform Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly financial reporting and analysis. 
Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial reporting and insights: Orders, Revenue, P&L, Margins, Working Capital, etc.
Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecast, and Short Range Outlook (SRO) processes
