Finance Specialist II (Shared Services)

Overview

Job Description The Finance Shared Services Center Financial Specialist will support the day-to-day operations of the finance shared services team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Execute end-to-end AP and AR transactions, including invoice processing, purchase order matching, billing support, and payment processing. Perform vendor and customer reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate transaction records in accordance with SSC SLA requirements.
• Client Billing & Detail Validation: Validate billing details (line items, FX rates, third party charges, supporting documentation) for accuracy prior to invoice issuance as per PIN. Coordinate with Finance or CW teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure proper cut‑off and completeness of billings.
