The Finance Specialist plays a key role in supporting financial operations by processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills to support the company's financial integrity.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Financial Operations & Processing
Work on various supplier invoices and month-end responsibilities as needed.
Process supplier payments per terms while maintaining company controls.
Perform statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Respond to supplier/client inquiries via email in a timely manner.
