Job Description: The Finance Specialist is the network's primary gatekeeper for financial data and disbursements. You will lead the Source of Truth for all monetary inflows and outflows, ensuring that the company's cash flow is monitored accurately and that all team members and partners are compensated with 100% precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Operations & Accounts Receivable: Execute end-to-end billing processes, issue accurate and timely invoices, and actively manage Accounts Receivable follow-ups to support healthy cash flow and timely collections.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Support bi-monthly payroll processing, including the computation, filing, and remittance of government-mandated contributions and tax withholdings, ensuring accuracy and on-time compliance.
