CEO Concierge is a fast-growing, values-driven virtual assistant company supporting U.S. CEOs. We operate with ownership, structure, and accountability. We're hiring a Philippines Finance Specialist to fully own local payroll, compliance, and financial reporting.

What You'll Own

• PH payroll (15th & 30th), including adjustments and deductions
• Statutory compliance and filings (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Local bank reconciliations (BDO/BPI)
• Monthly financial statements and expense tracking
• Vendor payments and operational expenses
• Audit-ready records and financial summaries for leadership

What You Bring

• 3+ years accounting or finance experience
• Strong PH payroll and tax compliance expertise
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Zoho, Google Workspace
• High attention to detail and follow-through
