About the Role

The Finance Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational and financial administration of projects and sales activities. It ensures accurate setup, timely invoicing, and effective coordination across internal teams to maintain compliance and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Create Project and job codes set up and contract upload
• Draft and generate customer invoices
• Process approved credit notes
• Record 3rd Party vendor invoices
• Coordination within the team on new sales
• Create and update Internal Systems with new customer details
