**Role Summary:**

As a statutory accountant for LATAM you will be responsible to prepare the Statutory accounting, planning and audit with all related internal stakeholders (R2R, AP, Treasury) and external (Auditors, TAX) stakeholders for several entities. The statutory specialist ensures the proper statutory accounting of the balance sheet and income statement of Vernova HQ entities.

**Job Description:**

Specifically, this role’s primary responsibilities include:

+ Manage statutory reporting of 13 LATAM GEV legal entities
+ Set up, reconcile and maintain USGAAP to local GAAP adjustments.
+ Identify the standard differences (Stat To Gaap) - permanent or temporary - between US GAAP and Local GAAP.
+ Responsible for ensuring all statutory regulatory filings are completed timely, efficiently and in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
