We are seeking a Finance Specialist to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis within a fast‑paced automotive manufacturing environment near Tecumseh, ON .

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long‑range financial plans.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor efficiency, material usage, scrap, and overhead expenses.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Perform inventory analysis and ensure accurate costing of products.
• Assist with capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and ROI analysis.
