Strategic Finance & Process Improvement

• Develop, recommend, and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and operational needs.
• Create, review, and improve financial policies, procedures, and process flows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
• Identify system gaps and operational risks and propose process improvements and automation where applicable.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to top management.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Lead the preparation of the annual budget, including forecasting, cost planning, and resource allocation.
• Monitor budget utilization and ensure adherence to approved financial plans.
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions to management.
