Finance & Strategy Manager (Johor Bahru)

JOB PURPOSE:
The Finance & Strategy Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, effective cash flow management, and supporting Management in financial planning, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making to drive sustainable business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Coach, guide, and develop team members in line with organisational goals and succession planning.
Conduct performance reviews of direct reports on a six (6) monthly basis.
Carry out duties and assignments as directed by Management.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
