As a Supervising Associate in R&DA, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business and finance leaders, delivering high-quality financial reporting analysis, management reporting, and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis
Lead the preparation of comprehensive markets, finance and management reports, including monthly performance packages with analysis, commentary, and business insights.

Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actuals and forecasts and perform competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
