Finance Supervisor Full-time

We are seeking a CPA for a Supervisor position at Phinma Education. This role is critical for ensuring the financial integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency across our schools.

Your key responsibilities would include:

• School Financial Management: Preparing and monitoring school budgets, and reviewing financial statements for submission to the School Controller.
• Operational Control: Reviewing disbursement requests, managing treasury, payroll, and purchasing, and ensuring effective internal controls are in place at each school.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensuring timely remittance of all reports to government agencies like the BIR and SEC, and guaranteeing each school complies with regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Integration: Acting as a key finance partner to the COO on day-to-day operations and playing a critical role in integrating newly acquired schools into our financial systems.
