Panoptik Global is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to manage bank reconciliation processes and support financial reporting and compliance. The role is responsible for conducting mid-month and month-end bank reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of reconciling items. This position requires close coordination with treasury teams and finance stakeholders to maintain proper documentation, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support audit and closing activities. The ideal candidate has strong accounting experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
