Finance Supervisor

This position is critical to maintaining internal controls (CP&P) and ensuring timely financial reporting (US/MEX GAAP).It will allow the Finance Manager to focus on strategic oversight while the Supervisor manages daily operations, VAT returns, and audit requirements with KPMG/Deloitte, preventing bottlenecks in productivity.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Financial Reporting & Compliance: Overseas accounting in multiple currencies, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP, MEXGAAP, and corporate CP&P policies.
Tax & Statutory Oversight: Manages federal tax obligations, social security requirements, and the preparation of documentation for statutory and internal audits.
Operational Leadership: Supervises the GFS-CR group, managing personnel to ensure all monthly and annual closing activities are completed on schedule.
Internal Controls: Reviews financial information and internal controls while enforcing corporate ethics and travel expense policies. <...
