Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervise the full set of accounts.
2. Check monthly closing documents from stores.
3. Prepare and file VAT/WHT.
4. Prepare and review CIT filing.
5. Prepare other statutory filings.
6. Supervise the compliance of the documents for opening/closing stores.
7. Quarterly Inventory check at the store.
8. Close coordination of year-end audit and liaise with auditors.
9. Other related duties and tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus
Preferably with experience using XERO accounting software
Hands-on approach in managing work assigned
At least 5 years of experience in the same role (retail industry preferred)
Strong computer skills including MS office products- Teams, Outlook and Excel
