Job Description
- Supervise staff in day-to-day operation of General Accounting and Treasury Functions.
- Responsible for the full sets of financial accounts.
- Ensure strict adherence to cut-offs and deadlines of month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial statements.
- Provide monthly and annual financial statements and any other reports that may be required by management.
- Accomplishment and submission of reports, forms, records etc. as required by regulatory authorities
- Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and credit control
- Act as the fixed asset custodian and ensure that fixed assets are safeguarded and accounted properly
- Performs monthly intercompany reconciliation (ICR) with affiliates
- Communicate with counterpart to resolve differences.
- Ensure timely filings of tax returns and tax payments as required.
