Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or packaging industry.
Proficient in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis with a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage a team and mentor junior finance professionals.
Highly proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
