Finance Supervisor

Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and ensure accurate EBITDA calculation and analysis for the plant.
Coordinate and support the forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring timely and reliable financial projections.
Maintain direct and ongoing communication with Corporate Finance, acting as the main point of contact to review plant financial results, forecasts, and performance drivers.
Partner with plant leadership and operational teams to analyze financial performance and identify cost control and efficiency opportunities.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, labor, overhead, and scrap, ensuring proper cost allocation and control.
Analyze and explain variances vs. budget and forecast, providing clear recommendations to management.
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reporting integrity.
