Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable and related finance processes (Deposit Refund)
• Issue invoices to customers and ensure timely collection of payments
• Do bank reconciliation or payment application to invoices
• Maintain records of aging receivables and assist with collections
• Perform revenue reconciliation every month end closing
• Prepare weekly/month-end reports as required by the manager and other stakeholders
• Answer guests' inquiries and resolve payment disputes via customer service system (Freshchat/Freshdesk)
