Finance support

Hi
We're looking for a part-time finance support to help with payment processing and month-end / year-end closing for our foundation

Scope

• Review payment entries prepared by our outsourced accountant
• Review the bank upload details
• Review month-end accounts and flag adjustments
• Grant tracking and basic bank reconciliation
• Support year-end closing and audit preparation

Commitment:

• About 80–90 hours per month
• Mostly remote, flexible timing
• Heavier work during 1st & 3rd week of the month and month-end

This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable reviewing numbers, and familiar with basic accounting processes. Familar with QNE system will be a plus
