Experience needed to deliver the role seamlessly: 5–8+ years' experience in SAP FI/CO, including at least one full‑cycle implementation Strong understanding of: Manufacturing / production costing Inventory valuation and integration with PP/MM Financial integration across end‑to‑end business processes Experience acting as a business‑facing systems owner Strong stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional leadership skills
