We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on

Finance Team Lead

to join our team in Mississauga, ON. This full‑time, on‑site role is responsible for overseeing core accounting operations and leading a team across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement, while partnering cross‑functionally to support business decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Credit Management

Review and analyze AR activity, oversee cash application, billback tracking, and resolution of short payments

Follow up on overdue accounts and work to minimize bad debt write‑offs

Oversee credit management, including credit checks, limit recommendations, risk assessment, and escalation of high‑risk accounts
