Finance Tech Officer, Employees-Expense Management

Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the IT&S operation in Canada for Finance Services Unit, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. This position is responsible for the review and processing of employee expense reports (using the Bank’s tool Centre Suite).

Accountabilities

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Following support for all IT&S matters related to Commercial Expense Cards:
  • Provide prompt response to requests for New Expense Card applications/card renewals/card terminations for IT&S
