Finance Transformation Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to lead an organisation’s finance transformation agenda. This role will focus on implementing a new ERP and planning/reporting solutions, improving finance processes, and optimising the end-to-end finance operating model.

You will be responsible for delivering large-scale finance change initiatives, driving adoption of new ways of working, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project governance skills, as well as a deep understanding of finance operations.
