Invoice processing - PO and Non-PO- Invoice coding for Non-PO invoices- Submits Master Data requests on behalf of the business for updates on vendors details.
- Manages Mexico AP Mailbox- Correspondence with vendors and internal employees- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum **2 years **of Accounting experience is required.
- Experience with accounting software required, Oracle preferred.Knowledgeable in General Ledger coding.
- Excellent customer service, communication & analytical skills.
- Advanced English**(B2) **level is required.
