Financial Accountant

Our Client
This small, well established PE backed services business requires a Senior Financial Accountant, to join their Head office in Brisbane, reporting straight into the Divisional Finance Manager.

The Role
Reporting to the Divisional Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include:
Consolidation of all end of month processing and drive month end close
Good systems / ERP knowledge
Preparation and review of financial statements / liaison with the auditors
Processing of daily bank accounts, recs and transactions
Preparations of monthly journals and general ledger

About You
The successful applicant will be/have:
CA/CPA qualification / or studying with strong technical accounting abilities
Hands on and deadline driven
Ability to pick up processes quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
