Financial Accountant (R2R)

**What you will do**

+ Prepare, maintain, and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements, including balance sheet and profit and loss statements
+ Record, analyze, and report accounting transactions in compliance with applicable accounting standards
+ Execute internal controls in accordance with SOX requirements
+ Manage accounting and reporting activities within ERP and financial reporting systems
+ Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and business partners
+ Support internal and external audit processes and respond to audit queries
+ Take ownership of assigned legal entities within scope
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness
+ Provide coaching and support to team members when required

**What do you need**

+ Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
+ 2–3 years of experience in GL accounting role
