The company develops, invests in, builds, and operates renewable and low-carbon energy production facilities, as well as flexible power and electricity transmission solutions.

Our portfolio spans wind, solar, hydro, biomass, battery energy storage systems, pumped storage, electric mobility, hydrogen, and off-grid technologies. Since 2009, EDF Power Solutions has been active in Southern Africa with offices in Cape Town, Gqeberha, and Johannesburg. We continue to expand rapidly, with four operational wind farms totalling 142 MW and 1.5 GW of wind, solar, and BESS assets under construction across 11 sites.
