In this challenging and important role you will provide accounting service to our Headquarters in Switzerland, ensuring that assigned tasks in supporting Accounts payable process are performed at expected levels in terms of quality and throughput and productivity. Collaboration with ad hoc activities within accounting.
Your responsibilities will include:
Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payment

Maintenance and reconciliation of accounts payable and clarification of questions regarding incoming invoices

Preparation of supplier-related statistics

Responsible for the financial processing and review of travel expenses submitted through our Concur app

Support in the preparation of monthly, half-yearly and annual financial statements
