Financial Advisor

The Financial Advisor is responsible for providing expert advice to clients, assessing their risk tolerance, and developing customized and effective financial solutions to ensure the achievement of set objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicates with debtors to arrange meetings for restructuring and discusses available solutions, focusing on achieving the set goals
• Conducts face-to-face meetings with debtors to advise them on available solutions for settling their debt, informing them of the process to follow and the required documentation
• Negotiates specific terms within the available solutions, always striving to identify viable options for assigned clients
• Monitors daily to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, based on instructions from the Team Leader
