Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek referrals and handle leads from our partnered bank.
• Provideneeds-based financial advice and recommend appropriate products to clients.
• Meet or exceed performance targets set by management.
• Support post-sale relationship management and periodic reviews with existing customers.
• Integrate with branch teams for leads generation and cross‑selling/up‑selling.

Qualifications

• Passion for sales and client engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant background in bancassurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• IC license is an advantage.
