Canada’s Largest Credit Union! We are hiring for full‑time Universal Financial Associates & Financial Advisors to join our Member Contact Centre.

Employment Status: Full‑time, successful candidates must be currently residing in Alberta.

This full‑time position expects flexible shifts: the contact centre operates 24 hours, Monday–Sunday, including rotational shifts of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled hours: 6:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Reporting to the Team Lead, your primary objective is to develop long‑term relationships with members, build trust, and deliver customized financial solutions.
