Financial Aid Advisor/Continuing Students

Join us at Lincoln Tech in Paramus, NJ! We're looking for an experienced Financial Aid Advisor-Continuing Students to join our team and help students navigate their financial aid journey. Make a meaningful impact by ensuring students have the financial support they need to complete their education and achieve their career goals! Individual will also need to travel to our Lincoln Tech campus in Iselin, NJ as requested.

Key Requirements for Financial Aid Advisor -- Continuing Students


+ Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

+ Minimum 3 years of experience working with Title IV programs

+ Extensive knowledge of all Title IV programs and regulations

+ Experience with nonterm and/or clock hour academic calendars

+ Proficient in financial aid packaging and award creation

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills
