Financial Analyst (6-12 months Contract) #NKC

Job Overview: The Project Finance Analyst role involves partnering the Project Directors, particularly Head of Development and theManaging Director of Development in managing Lendlease's Development businessesduring Delivery phase. The individual would be responsible for the financial control, financial planning and analysis, and management reporting of the project entities by providing insights to manage business outcomes. Keystakeholders are MD of Singapore, MD Development, Project Directors, GMFs Responsibilities: 1. Project Finance Support: Financial Modelling
- Develop and run detailed financial model for the mixed-use project with an Asset Management intent. Identify key investment drivers, conceptualise scenario analysis with sensitivities and assess impact to the development using IRR, NPV, MOC and other key performance indicators.
