**Description:**
You will be the Financial Analyst Asc for the Missiles & Fire Control Finance team. Our team is responsible for statistical payroll processing, compensation administration, data analysis, and supporting labor‑reporting functions across the Ocala site.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Financial Analyst Asc you will be responsible for ensuring accurate time‑keeping and payroll data, responding to compensation inquiries, and delivering actionable financial reports.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Perform statistical tasks to ensure correct time‑keeping and payroll data, processing exception items.
+ Respond to hourly and salary compensation inquiries and maintain payroll records.
+ Develop and deliver reports and variance analyses for supervision and management review.
