Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary finance contact point for operational managers; proactively approach teams (R&D, Production) to investigate cost issues and validate the reliability of source data;
Design and develop financial models and reports to improve budgeting and reporting processes;
Analyze manufacturing performance: labor variances, material consumption, factory overheads, and in-depth analysis of cost of goods sold (costing);
Actively participate in the development and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor and evaluate efficiency, profitability, and maximum utilization of resources and time;
Ensure financial monitoring of the R&D project portfolio (budget monitoring, eligibility for tax credits/grants, profitability analysis of new products);
Participate in the preparation of the annual budget;
Participate in the review of monthly forecasts;
