Financial Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS Accounting or any business course Graduate
• Knowledge of accounts payable, tax and maintaining general ledgers
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
• Ability to work with cross functional team.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Exposure to manufacturing business

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Accounts Payable:

1. Received and review supplier invoice to check compliance with BIR

2. Resolve supplier invoice issue, escalate to next level, when necessary.

Tax:

1. Prepare monthly VAT report and monthly/quarterly returns)

2. Process and amend (if necessary) VAT returns per advised by EY team

3. Prepare VAT refund schedule on timely manner.
